Shipping Policy
I try to ship products within one week. I will contact you and include tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped. If you did not receive your tracking information, check your spam folder or double check the email you provided for the order. I do not offer any form of rush service, as each product takes time to be made and signed.
I am based in Colorado, USA, and once a product has been shipped, its delivery time may vary depending on your location within the US. I do not ship internationally at this time. If you do not receive tracking information, or your package is delayed please reach out to me. I personally drop off every package to my local post office and get insurance for it, but things do happen. USPS, UPS, and FEDEX are all impacted by a postal slowdown, so may be delayed in updating tracking.
Return & Exchange Policy
I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
If your package is lost in the mail, please contact me. I will work with you and USPS for a partial refund minus the cost of shipping.
